Born in Morristown, NJ. Went to Morristown High School, then graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Sports Entertainment and Event Management. Started wrestling at a young age, always wanted to do Martial Arts. Then watched the first Forest Griffin and Stephon Bonner fight and wanted to start mma.
